UltrasoundUse of sound waves into the tissue to increase circulation, break up adhesions, provide heat and warmth, increase blood flow to areas to decrease pain and speed healing.
ElectrostimulationReduce and control muscle and tendon spasms and contractions, pain and headaches, stimulate or fatigue muscles, increase range of motion, temporarily “short circuit” the nervous system to decrease pain signals to the brain, minimize local pain and reeducate muscle fibers (muscle tissue).
Cold LaserState of the art means of increasing circulation, decreasing swelling and pain and increasing the rate that soft tissue injuries and wounds heal through the use of laser light application. It is especially effective for endorphin release, anti-inflammatory treatment, increased enzyme production, cellular healing, increased ATP (Adenosine TriPhosphate) production, increased blood and lymphatic flow. Cold laser is low powered and does not emit heat, so patients feel little or no sensation during treatment.
AnodyneA patented form of monochromatic (only one wavelength of light) infrared photo-thermal energy, it is used to temporarily improve circulation and reduce pain, muscle spasm anywhere the pads are placed on the body. This therapy emits photo-energy and some heat, an effective combination. It can be used during therapy sessions to make it more comfortable for patients to tolerate other types of therapy for improving strength, flexibility, balance, function, etc.
MTS (Multi-Therapy System)This system combines several modalities -- infra-red, magnetic and electrostimulation -- to reduce pain, inflammation, swelling and increase circulation, oxygen and nutrition to cells and muscles to control or alleviate pain and enhance healing.
Hot Water Massage TablesThis mild vibration on a heated water pad decreases muscle stiffness and tension, relaxes spinal muscles, reduces pain, increases circulation, and is very comfortable for the patient. It is also excellent pre-chiropractic treatment relaxation and promotes a better adjustment.
Metricized Full Spine Traction TablesThis rolling bed provides intersegmental traction for spinal decompression and local segmental release to specific regions of the spine, decreasing pressure and increasing circulation, pain reduction and improved function and mobility.
InvertracThis device provides effective treatment for spinal and nerve root decompression by using gravity and body weight.
Flexion DistractionA decompression technique that provides increased gapping between vertebrae and muscles in the lumbar spine to increase flexibility and function, it is used for stretching and reducing pressure.
